How to Use a Promo Code at a US Sportsbook or Online Casino

A promo code is a short string of letters that tells a sportsbook which offer you want. Some operators need one at sign-up; others apply their offer automatically and have no code at all. The difference matters, because a code entered in the wrong place, or not at all, can mean a smaller default offer or none.

Codes change when offers change. An old code found elsewhere may be expired or attached to a different offer, so check the code on the operator’s own promotion page or our review before you register.
Entering a Code, Operator by Operator
Fanatics Sportsbook
Open Fanatics Sportsbook in the app, on the mobile site or through our link. Register with Promo Code FAN2026. Fanatics then checks your name, address and date of birth, and location services must be switched on. Make a first deposit and place your day-one bet at -200 or longer with the promotion switched on in the bet slip. The ten-day clock for FAN2026 starts on the day the account opens, not on the day of your first bet, so register on a day you intend to bet. Fanatics also has two smaller offers applied without a code: bet $1 at -500 or longer within seven days for $50 in FanCash, and, in New York only, ten 100% profit boost tokens.
BetRivers
BetRivers sets out its sign-up in three steps on its state sites: create a new account, make your first deposit, and use Bonus Code SPORTS. The code brings a second chance bet of up to $500, with lower caps in some states: $250 in New Jersey and Colorado and $100 in New York, Ohio, Arizona, Iowa and West Virginia. A 1x playthrough applies to bonus money.
bet365 Sportsbook
bet365 does not publish a code for its US welcome offer, bet $10 and get $200 in bonus bets. The offer is applied automatically when you register. New customers deposit at least $10 in the seven days before claiming, claim within 30 days of registering, and place and settle $10 or more in qualifying bets within 30 days of claiming. The bonus arrives as Bonus Bets that expire after seven days. In Washington D.C., Illinois, Tennessee and West Virginia, bet365 runs separate state offers.
FanDuel and Hard Rock Bet
Neither uses a code. At FanDuel, you enter your name, email, home address, date of birth and the last four digits of your Social Security number; there is no promo field to complete, and the offer is added when you sign up through our link or the app. Hard Rock Bet applies its offer to every new account. One detail: if you already hold a Hard Rock Bet account but have never placed a bet, you can still qualify, but you must opt in to the promotion before your first wager.
Online Casino and Sweepstakes Codes
