Heart Bingo is run by BV Gaming, the company behind BetVictor. It tops our bingo rankings for a simple reason: its £50 sign up offer comes as free tickets, and what they win is paid as cash, with no wagering to clear.
How Heart’s free tickets offer works
Open an account, opt in to the bingo offer, make a first deposit of at least £10 and play £10 in any bingo room. Do all of that within seven days of registering and Heart gives you 500 free bingo tickets. The £50 headline is their value if every ticket is used on a 10p game, which is the most a free ticket can be worth.
There is a slots alternative. Opt in to that instead, play £10 on any slot, and you receive 100 free spins at 10p on Make Me a Millionaire, with winnings also paid as cash. You can have one welcome offer only, across Heart’s bingo and casino.

Claiming the 500 tickets
- Register through our link and opt in to the bingo welcome offer. Opting in to the slots offer by mistake sends your play towards the spins instead.
- Deposit at least £10. This must be your first deposit.
- Play £10 in any bingo room. Video Bingo does not count.
- Launch any bingo room and click OK on the Free Tickets pop-up.
- Switch to Free Tickets mode with the Free Tickets button in the room, then buy tickets as normal. Your balance of free tickets shows in the My Bonuses screen.
What the terms mean for your £50
Ten pence is the ceiling, not the guarantee. Each free ticket is worth up to 10p and can only be used on games priced up to 10p. Use them in a 5p room and 500 tickets are worth £25 at face value. To get the full £50, play them in 10p games.
No play-through. Once you have played your free tickets, anything they win goes straight to your withdrawable cash balance. That is rare among bingo welcome offers and is the reason Heart ranks first with us.
Seven days, twice. You have seven days from registration to qualify and seven days for the tickets to be used before they expire.
Order of offers. If you opt in to more than one offer, your play counts towards the first one you opted into. Opt in to the bingo offer only, unless you mean otherwise.
Withdrawing is safe. Heart’s terms state that you can withdraw your real cash balance at any time without affecting your qualification or the award, which is not the case at many rival sites.
Making 500 tickets count
Five hundred 10p tickets is a lot of bingo for a week. Pick a 10p room with a busy schedule and use them in batches of, say, 70 to 80 a day rather than all at once, so you get a full week of games out of them. Buying more tickets per game raises your chance in that game but burns through the allowance faster.
Bingo and games at Heart
Heart covers the main formats: 90-ball, 80-ball, 75-ball and 50-ball. Its round-the-clock rooms sell tickets from 1p, a Newbie Room offers bonus prizes for new players, and two Deal or No Deal rooms carry a guaranteed £10,000 jackpot each month. The offer terms confirm that free tickets work in any bingo room on games up to 10p, and that Video Bingo is a separate product excluded from the offer.
Beyond the bingo there are more than 2,500 slots, including Fluffy Favourites, Rainbow Riches and Heart’s own Make Me a Millionaire jackpot, plus Slingo and a live casino with blackjack, roulette and game shows such as Crazy Time.
Heart Bingo app: Slingo, slots and game shows
Heart Bingo’s official app, published by BV Gaming, shows its slots, Slingo games and live studio game shows. It was rated 4.8 from more than 11,000 reviews at the end of October 2026.
Heart Bingo offers for regulars
The standing perk for regulars is free bingo: Heart runs Free Bingo Rooms with an “Everyone Wins” feature, so there is something to play for without buying a ticket. The monthly £10,000 guaranteed jackpot in the Deal or No Deal rooms is the other fixture. Other promotions rotate through the calendar and each carries its own terms.
