Lucky Pants Bingo Bonus: £35 to Play Bingo or 100 Spins When You Stake £10

Lucky Pants has never taken itself too seriously, which is half its appeal. Behind the cheeky name is Rank, the group that also owns Mecca and Grosvenor, so the software, the banking and the bingo network are those of a large operator. Its new player deal lets you pick between bingo money and slot spins for a £10 stake.

What the Lucky Pants bingo bonus gives you

After your first deposit of at least £10, you choose your offer by where you play. Spend £10 in the Main Event Bingo room within seven days and you receive a £35 bingo bonus for use in Main Event. Spend £10 on The Goonies Megaways Quest for Treasure Jackpot King at 10p a spin instead and you receive 100 free spins on that game.

The choice is final, and it is tied to your first deposit only. A second deposit before you qualify rules you out of every welcome offer.

4. Use the £35 in Main Event within 30 days.
5. Leave your cash balance alone until the wagering is done, or the bonus goes.

The sums behind 6x

Lucky Pants gives the example itself: a £35 bingo bonus needs £210 of bingo play before winnings become withdrawable. That is £7 a day if you spread it across the 30 days.

If you bought 10p tickets, £210 is 2,100 tickets. At 5p, it is 4,200. That is a lot of bingo for a light player, and worth thinking about before you choose this route.

Where a purchase mixes cash and bonus, winnings are credited proportionately. Lucky Pants uses your cash balance first if you have one. Withdraw any cash before you finish wagering and the remaining bonus is forfeited.

The slots route works differently. One hundred 10p spins have a face value of £10. Whatever they win becomes a bonus with 10x wagering on the same Goonies game, to be cleared within seven days, and no more than £200 can be converted to cash. If the spins win £15, you would need £150 of play on that slot in a week.

Our advice on choosing

If you play bingo most days, the £35 is the better deal, and 30 days is long enough to clear £210 without forcing it. If you play a couple of times a week, the free spins ask less of you, even with the tighter seven-day windows. Either way, set a deposit limit when the site prompts you, before your first payment.
