Working out the 4x

The target is 4 × £40 = £160 of bingo staked from the bonus. Your opening £10 of cash does not count, because only bonus bets are measured.

The conversion cap is one times the bonus. Whatever the bonus balance stands at when you finish, the most that becomes withdrawable cash is £40. So the realistic aim is to finish with something close to that.
