JackpotCity is one of the older names in online casino, and in Britain it now sits under the same licence as Betway. That shows in its welcome offer, which is identical to Betway Casino’s: stake £20 and receive 150 free spins over three days, with no wagering on what they win. Where JackpotCity differs is in the lobby, which leans heavily on progressive and daily jackpots.
How the JackpotCity welcome bonus works
You tick the welcome offer on the registration form, deposit by debit card and stake at least £20 on casino games within seven days of opening your account. Once you have deposited and wagered £10, the first 50 spins are added. The next 50 follow 24 hours later, and the final 50 after 48 hours. Each spin is worth 10p.
Winnings from the spins are not bonus money. They go to your balance and can be withdrawn whenever you like.

- Come back on days two and three for the remaining 100 spins.
Running the numbers on the JackpotCity offer
What you stake. £20 of your own money, played at normal risk on whichever casino games you choose.
What you get. £15 of spins in face value. Suppose the 150 spins return £9.40: that £9.40 is credited to your balance as cash. There is no 10x to clear, so you could withdraw it straight away or keep playing.
Why no wagering matters. Under a standard 10x deal, the same £9.40 would need £94 of further stakes before withdrawal, and many players lose the winnings along the way. Wager-free spins remove that step.
Mind the expiry. Each batch expires seven days after it is awarded. If you claim the first batch on a Saturday, the last batch arrives on Monday and lasts until the following Monday.
Getting the best from the JackpotCity spins
Check your card first. JackpotCity uses Betway’s long exclusion list, so cards from Revolut, Wise and several prepaid providers will not trigger the offer. If you plan to chase the progressive jackpots, keep the welcome stake separate: the spins only work on the named slots, so use them there and play the jackpot games with your own funds afterwards, at a stake you are comfortable losing.
Jackpots, slots and live tables at JackpotCity
The name gives the game away. JackpotCity’s UK app describes a lobby of classic slots, video slots, table games, live casino and both static and progressive jackpots, with more than 450 games. It highlights Mega Moolah, games on the Wowpot network and Must Win Jackpot games, which pay out every day. Named slots include 9 Masks of Fire, Immortal Romance and Thunderstruck II, from Microgaming, NetEnt and other studios. Live dealer tables sit alongside the slots in the app.
Regular promotions at JackpotCity
JackpotCity’s UK app lists Free Spins and Daily Deals among its promotions for existing players, alongside the welcome offer. Specific terms are shown in each promotion when it is available to your account.

JackpotCity and Betway are interchangeable on the welcome offer; pick on the lobby you prefer. JackpotCity deposits and withdrawals
JackpotCity’s UK app lists Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Vyne, Trustly and bank transfer, and says there are no hidden fees on deposits or withdrawals. Only a debit card deposit qualifies for the welcome spins. Credit cards cannot be used for gambling in Britain.
